DRAWING REVIEW

Your drawing defines the requirements.

Housings, brackets, mounting plates and components with pockets, holes or detailed profiles start with a review of the features that matter to your assembly.

Machining tolerances
Tolerances down to ±0.01 mm are available on suitable features, subject to drawing review. Material, geometry and inspection method determine what we can agree for your part.
Part size & geometry
Send the overall dimensions, hole and thread details, pockets and critical features. We confirm machining suitability after reviewing your drawing or model.
Prototypes & small batches
Small batches are welcome. Include the quantity for your first order and any expected repeat orders so we can review setup and batch pricing.
Surface finish & inspection
Specify anodising, coating or other finishing needs, cosmetic surfaces and inspection requirements. These are reviewed with the dimensions before production is agreed.

COMMON QUESTIONS

CNC milling questions, answered.

Can you mill 6061 and 7075 aluminium?

Yes. We offer CNC milling for 6061 and 7075 aluminium. Include the grade, material condition, finish and quantity in your inquiry so we can review the part accurately.

Can you hold ±0.01 mm on every dimension?

We can work to ±0.01 mm on suitable features, but this is not a blanket tolerance for every part. Mark critical dimensions on the drawing; we confirm achievable tolerances after reviewing the material, geometry and inspection requirements.

Do you accept prototypes and small production runs?

Yes, small batches are welcome. Send the quantity you need and any planned repeat volume. Minimum quantities, setup costs and pricing are assessed for the specific part.

How long will machining take?

Lead time depends on the drawing, material availability, quantity, finishing and inspection scope. Tell us your required date; we confirm the production schedule when quoting.

How will my parts be inspected?

Inspection is agreed against your drawing. Our equipment includes coordinate measurement, optical measurement and hardness testing. Tell us which dimensions and reports are required so we can agree the inspection scope.

Can I request a quote for delivery to the UK?

Yes. Our factory is in Xiamen, China. Include your UK delivery address or postcode in the inquiry so we can discuss shipping arrangements and the scope of the quotation.
